Some magazine I read did a bit about this online mini-movie - Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog. It stars Neil Patrick Harris - Mr. Doogie Howser himself - and I love to watch him on "How I Met Your Mother" so I thought I would check it out. It's kind of a kitchy romp...not flat out hilarious but definitely funny. It's about this evil villain, his archnemesis the superhero, and this girl that he falls for. I'm posting the first act here - if you like it, the other two can be found at Hulu.
